[MACEP] School districts - Do you have a dedicated web designer/developer on staff?

Hi all, we are wishing to gather info on if your district has chosen to hire a dedicated web designer or developer, or graphic designer. 

We've seen increased demand to provide this service of website design, and while we have expertise in-house…it's not part of clearly defined roles and a bit of a time sink that is challenging to absorb and meet timelines on. 

Additionally, do you use a template system or service in lieu of hosting in house?
