[MACEP] cloning ssd drive to 4TB HD

Howdy happy Day to all
I have been trying to clone a 24GB SSD to a 4TB hybrid drive. I created a
600gb partition to copy the boot drive into. The copy programs I have tried
only see a 1.98TB  2nd partition. I cannot clone to the first partition.
Any ideas
