Hey Doug,

Take a look at Simple Assessment, it is free. Learning.com also has  
one that is good at a cost.

If any districts out there are looking at an assessment and want OETC  
to try and negotiate or to put out to bid for the northwest, let us  
know we would be happy to help in anyway.
