[MACEP] Tool

 Hi, I need some advise.

I am opening a computer lab at my site. For reasons of demand, I have to
tightly control access to this lab. Folks who need to use it for study or
for workshops need to be signed up for access to the lab. So I need a tool
that others will have access to so they can sign someone up for the lab or
workshop in 1 hour increments. I also need something that won't allow folks
to sign up too many people. I've thought of creating an excel worksheet or
even a database.

Does anyone have have a suggestion for me? I'd like to see if someone has
already invented such a thing.
