[MACEP] touch screen monitors

We are finally going to paying for cafeteria food via the computer.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent flat-panel touch screen monitor w/o a Magnetic Stripe Reader?  Dell has some and so does Eco; however, I am not familiar with touch screens at all.
