  ClamAV  for Windows is great Open Source AV software. I like it better
than AVG myself, as it seems less invasive (at least when it updates).

The only caveat is it doesn't have a real time/on demand scanner so you need
to schedule it to do daily scans (and make sure you configure it to either
quarantine or remove any viruses it finds and not just "report" them as it
is defaulted to do).

It also has a built in scanner for Outlook (if that is the email client your
staff will be using) so even though it doesn't have an on demand scanner for
the hard drive it does for any email being processed via Outlook.
