[MACEP] Windows Quicktime Pro

Hi MACEPers!

Heres a frustrating problem that seemed to pop up with the latest final 
version of Windows Quicktime Pro: I've been a long time fan and 
registered user of both Mac & Windows Quicktime Pro since version 5. As 
an animator, it has become one of my most essential tools for assembling 
series of images into a video clip. I have recently upgraded both 
platform versions to 7.4.1...

For some reason, when loading a .JPG image sequence in Windows QTP, 
sometimes (but not always) only the first frame is loaded. I have not 
been able to figure out why some sequences load and others don't. 
However, if I move the same .JPG image sequences that did not load in 
Windows over to my Mac, they load fine in QTP 7.4.1 there. The problem 
JUST STARTED after the last upgrade.

I checked the Apple forum on this topic, and found LOTS of others with 
the same issue, but no solution. And I can't seem to find ANY email 
address for their technical support, asside from this anonymous 
"feedback form."

Has anyone else run into this problem? Are there any Apple reps still on 
this list?
