[MACEP] on line test template

Hello all,
I'm looking for any lead on templates for building on line tests. I want 
to provide a secure link to a web page where I can provide online access 
to a test. I need to log who has entered the site, auto grade the test 
and log their score.
T/F, multiple choice, matching type questions.

I'm willing to pay for the test engine, if needed, but I need to have a 
free trial
