[MACEP] ROLLING IMAGE PROBLEM

I have a mounted projector with the s-video, RCA and RGB terminated on the wall.
 
I've hooked 3 different computers (using a short splitter) to the RGA input and they all have a slight "roll" when projecting the computer.  I have the same exact setup in other classrooms and have no problems.
 
We've test the projector and hooked a laptop into the RGB jack on the wall, no problems.
 
Would a separate video card on the computer solve the issue?
