[MACEP] Study Skills Program?

I'd love some advice about webware applications that our Middle  
School study hall teachers could use to track kids throughout the  
year.  I've seen KidBiz3000 and I wish I could afford it--the grant  
is only $2000 and I'd like to provide service for 250 kids.  The idea  
would be something with modules the kids would work through if they  
have finished class assignments, with a central login for the study  
hall teacher to see how the kids are progressing.  Any ideas?  I've  
already got the teacher looking at Atomic Learning modules and United  
Streaming lessons, but I don't think either of those can be centrally  
monitored.
