[MACEP] Convert Quicktime movies for use Powerpoint or Windows Moviemaker?

The really sad thing is that PowerPoint used to allow you to insert QuickTime
movies and QuickTime VR, just using the Insert menu, movies, from a file.

I can still do that with PowerPoint 2004 and indeed .mov are the only things
that show up on the list (.wmv DON'T!), but they won't play.

On the other hand, Keynote works fine with both.
