[MACEP] Parallels?

Has anyone experienced Parallels being "buggy"? I'm a Bootcamp user
but have been enviously looking over the fence at the green grass of
Parallels for some time.

Also, how do you concurrently license software that's installed on
both sides? Does an 80/20 rule kick into effect? I'm thinking of MS
Office, Adobe Dreamweaver, etc. Do you have to buy two licenses for
one computer since both of the sides can be running simultaneously?
