Using Parallels or Boot Camp, is there a way to share files between the two OSs?

Thanks,

I've installed OS X onto my Macbook and then installed Parallels and Windows
XP. It's great being able to seamlessly switch back and forth between
Windows and OS X programs without having to reboot. It's like having two
laptops in one.
