[MACEP] ISP recommendations?

My current ISP does not have a handle on
their spam filters so after lengthy
talks with their IT dept and manager to
no avail, I'm looking to switch companies.

Any suggestions - I still use dialup at
home and looking for a company that is
inexpensive or gives a deal to educators.

I use Aracnet or Spirit One. They give educators a discount. I pay $120/year for my dial up. You can adjust the spam filters any way you want.
