[MACEP] Document Camera recommendations

We've been buying AVERMedia AverVision 300AF Document Cameras and have
been happy with them.  They are $499 through Troxell.  If it's important
to you to be able to display a whole 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper in vertical
format, you'll want to go to the SPC300 for $599.
