[MACEP] files be gone: continued

So this is what I know:
My computer resets to May 30th, 2007 when I reboot.
I have un installed/installed programs, saved files, received emails and scanned my machine for viruses/trojans. I remove mainly tracking cookies. Fix registry issues. Reboot my machine and presto its back to May 30th.
Its acting like it has a reset program installed, but I have scanned for programs. The event logs after 5/30 are gone, any system files change after 5/30 is gone. any email after 5/30 is gone on reboot. yes I know I should not reboot my machine, but that is a bit impractacle 
This is a server 2003 system
Anyone out there care to weigh in on a solution?
