[MACEP] Printer DNS Names

We handle our printer naming exactly this way, building-room-model. And 
yes, the downside is having to rename them if they get moved, but it 
sure beats everyone having to remember where Printer1 is. Also, as has 
been mentioned, printers tend to stay put most of the time.

If you do have a situation where the printers get moved around a lot it 
might be worth going with NHS1, etc. In that case you'd probably want to 
  have each printer prominently labeled so people can tell which printer 
to choose :)
