[MACEP] retired teacher INet connections?

Folks,
I received an email from a retired 4th grade teacher in Hawaii. We were in 
an Observing (variable star) program many years ago. She was a very active 
online communicator. She retired from teaching last summer. She has an 
email account from her old school, but no internet connection. So she no 
longer does email as she once did.

Might any of you know of a cheap (or better, free) internet dial up for 
retired teachers (in HI). (I did suggest the public library there).
