I use both NetRestore, and Carbon Copy Cloner, from www.bombich.com. They work great. NetRestore should be faster for you. Create an image on an external firewire drive, do a netboot on the machine you wish to clone by holding down the N key, navigate to the image on the firewire drive, and install it. Works slick.
