[MACEP] Mac OSX imaging software

I know this has been here before but does anyone have a free way of
reimaging a Mac with OSX. I need to reimage 30 + macs by September and
do not have the time to purchase software. I looking for something like
Network Manager for OS9 is there anything like it in OSX?

I have been using an image with Disk Utility and is works well but very
slow. 

Any Ideas?
