The KEEP Toolkit is a free on-line publishing center funded by the
Carnegie Foundation. It's pretty easy to use, free, has no advertising
and you won't find any objectionable material there.

The other (best way...) in my opinion is to have a Drupal
(http://drupal.org) site for your project. Expect more on this later
today, but I think Thor (http://teacherhosting.com/), Bill
(http://funnymonkey.com/) and I are going to host a Drupal Educator's
Day on Friday, June 23.

I'm all excited about Drupal. Lots of potential for the masses.

;-) Paul
