It's not just technology; it's all school funding.
What will it take to swing the pendulum?
How about a state legislature that takes responsibility for funding public
schools instead of powerplays, a President who actually knows something
about education, and a ruling party that is NOT trying to destroy public
education by giving money to private schools which don't have to take state
tests but will be the recipients of federal money after 2014 when ALL
public school students have to pass state tests.
Private schools have an advantage for some people because they don't have
to let EVERYONE in and you can avoid having your children mix with those
"others."
Just a thought.
