[MACEP] OnLine Course Space

We are looking for an Oregon organization, school, or university that  
has available online course space to rent or make available to us at  
a low cost. We have a course currently running on a Moodle site with  
an organization in another state, but because they charge to much we  
are searching for alternatives. I seem to remember that someone rents  
or sells space on their Moodle or WebCt system for a reasonable rate.  
We thought about running Moodle on our own servers but decided  
against it since we lack bandwidth and resource to support the tech  
end of it. Any help would be appreciated.
