[MACEP] Internet Search "Horror" Stories

This was years ago, but I typed in the search term "Israel" and the very first hit was a very graphic porn site!  This was in the AltaVista/Lycos days, and before MESD filters.  Fortunately, this was not in front of a classroom.

At the other extreme, I asked students to do a research project on U.S. political parties, from American Communist to American Nazi Party and everything between.  Well, the Communist party website came up, but the American Nazi party was blocked by
school district software.  Perhaps appropriate, but it frustrated my attempts to teach a substantial social studies lesson.
