the FTP server located at:

NeoOffice 1.2.2 is an open source, Mac OS X-native version of the  
OpenOffice.org office suite, which includes Microsoft Office- 
compatible word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and drawing  
applications. "This release now includes all of the features in the  
NeoOffice 1.2.1 release plus fixes for many of the bugs found by  
users." NeoOffice is free for Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4.

You may use the much smaller 1.2.2 Patch listed above to upgrade a  
1.2 or 1.2.1 version of NeoOffice.
