[MACEP] SubEthaEdit - do controls exist?

Does anyone use subetha? More importantly, do you know of a way of
locking up the preferences (or setting it up so that you can somehow
identify which computer is being used by a certain online persona?)

I was using subetha with my students yesterday. Unfortunately, when I
opened up the bonjour menu, there were a couple of users logged on (from
elsewhere in the building) that had given themselves obscene names.
(...yes, in case you are wondering, this is a middle school....)

Is there any way to add any controls to this program?

I'm not so much concerned about the names they give themselves. But it
would be really nice to be able to determine which computer a certain
persona is logged on at - so that I can notify the teacher of that
classroom and they can take care of it. Because..........I can only
monitor the kids in my own room and can't keep an eye on the thousand plus
kids in the dozens of other rooms/work areas across the building. ;)

Anyone else face this problem or have a solution?

Thanks for any help you can give me!
Dianne
