What I was referring to was bringing external data into an existing 
workbook.  You still have to do File -> Open... which most people are 
accustomed to mean "Open a new file" rather than "Bring some other data 
into this file."  The fact that there's a Data menu is to me even more 
confusing.  It's a minor beef at any rate.
