[MACEP] Open Office comments

Hi,
I have staff here that rely upon OpenOffice and gripe when they use
Office, where others are the opposite. I think OpenOffice is as useful
as its more-expensive counterpart, but is also different.
For myself, I use it extensively as I do not use any platform that
Microsoft Office runs on. My only real complaint is how the Calc
spreadsheet program handles importing csv data - the UI path to get
there is so counterintuitive as to be nearly impossible to figure out
without googling. Other than that, it works extremely well.
