[MACEP] PowerPoint Question

When creating a PowerPoint presentation from an outline in Word I get inconsistent results. Sometimes the entire outline tries to appear on one slide. Sometimes the different points of the outline appear on different slides, but there is no consistency as to what parts of the outline appear on different slides. Does anyone know of a resource for determining how to get the PowerPoint to reflect accurately the outline?
