Typically its a security setting in Excel. They need to go to tools, options then select the security tab, then select macro security settings. This is the same on a Wintel machine. Its a Microsoft thing, not a Mac thing.

For those of you Mac Excel gurus....i need some help!
I have a spread with macros. When I send it out to the end
user....they get the dialogue box asking to "enable macros"....they
do that.
When it opens however, the worksheet opens in (preview) mode with all
pull-downs grayed out...I guessing it is a security setting but can't
seem to find the magic to make it work. I want to be able to open it
or just simply print it.
I tried it on Mac 10.3 and 10.4 machines. Running MS Office 2004
(Excel Version 11.2)
I'd appreciate any advice!
Thanks!
Kim
