I've been keeping an eye on my logs and dropping any proxies I find into
our filter. We're up to about 700 now. Feel free to use them if you wish.

Every night I dump a tarball of all of our blacklists at:

     http://squidguard.mesd.k12.or.us/blacklists.tgz

If you are rsync-savvy, you can pick-and choose what blacklists you
want to sync against. For the whole thing:

     rsync -Paz squidguard.mesd.k12.or.us::filtering/ .

For just the proxy lists:

     rsync -Paz squidguard.mesd.k12.or.us::filtering/proxy/ .
