[MACEP] Print tracking software

I've used Papercut and LOVED it!!!  Very easy to manage, install and  
upkeep!  :)  Easy to cut kids off if they didn't need to print  
anymore! :)  We also didn't allow untitled.doc (forcing kids to save  
before they print). We also could limit the number of pages (ie. only  
the first 4 pages would print) or which type of document  
(ie. .pdf, .htm .html .???)

Problem = I believe this is only Windows Server2003
