[MACEP] Tutorial & practice software

Hi all you gurus (?guri)

Our World Languages Department is looking for software that would be
tutorial and/or practice (or anything useful)  for Spanish, German, and
French.  We have decided that we may not replace our language lab, and
they thought it would be nice to use some other technology.
