[MACEP] Jamcam installer for Mac

Thanks, Arne! It will be great to get the JamCams into the first 
grader's hands. I hate to see unused tools! Why have it if you don't 
use it? And these kids will really like adding their own pictures to 
their Kid Pix slide shows.
