Here is a link for the download:

Looks like there is an .exe installer for Win9X, NT, 2K, & XP, along with
an install for Mac and Linux. The PC option requires a pre-install of IE
5.5 at a minimum. There is a tool from Microsoft available to generate an
MSI file, which is included on the Win2K Server CDs. The HOW-TO is located
at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;257718.
Thanks!

As you may or may not know the State is requiring all schools to use the
“Vanguard” secure browser
Here at Hillsboro we have been able to lockdown IE to serve the same
purpose so we have not deployed this.
We will have probably 500 to 1000 installs that need to be done by the
first of March, and we will probably use LANDesk to “push” out this
install.
I have a couple of questions for everyone.
Is this browser OS independent (one package for both Windows 2000 and
Windows XP)?
Is there an MSI available anyplace?
Are there administrative installs or “silent” installs that anyone has
used?
Thanks in Advance
