[MACEP] Help connecting USB Printer under 10.2 plus classic

I would love to get rid of all classic programs but that is not going
to happen this year. Possibly next year.

Just to be sure I understand: When AppleTalk was on, they could print
to a local USB printer from a classic program WITHOUT a specific
printer driver. That is what confused me. I didn't think this was
possible.
