[MACEP] Help connecting USB Printer under 10.2 plus classic

	For reasons relating to our district's network, we need to 
turn off AppleTalk on all of our computers.

Here is our setup:
	We are running OS X.2 or 3.
	We run OS 9 for some classic programs.
	In the lab and elsewhere, we print to shared networked printers.
	Most teachers print to their local USB connected printer.

After I turn off AppleTalk in OS 9, I can enter a networked printer. 
What I can't enter is a local printer.

How do I tell OS 9 programs to print to the attached printer?
