I can see the $$$$ issues involved in NCCE. I have paid more for this
3-day conference than 4 days at Mac World in San Fran. I was surprised
by this--car parking fees $26; room for 2 = $200 perday (including tax);
everything at hotel is an add-on cost (including the exercise room).
All that said, though, the conference has been GREAT. Had a wonderful
keynote speaker in Cile Chavez; good IT Summit on Wed.; and great
sessions so far. I still have three more to go to. I am very pumped and
ready to get back to school, and I have learned bunches. All in all, it
has been worth it! And I appreciate the fact that my school is paying
for it.

Subject: [MACEP] The Continuing Saga
Don't know if anyone is interested but my principal decided that we'll
buy two projectors and two laptops and then see how well they're used
before purchasing more... She wants to do more research on projectors
too and possibly get ones with better lumens. Okay.
Today she told me to pick out which Dell she should order to replace my
computer...
Then she said that my room isn't big enough so she's looking into
knocking out the exterior wall of my room and extending it six or eight
feet.
...What next?? (Lest you think she's perfect, she wouldn't let me go to
NCCE. Sub time issues.)
Happy Spring Break everyone...
