I'm up in Seattle at NCCE, and I brought BOTH my Mac Powerbook AND my PC laptop. Right now I am in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel, using my airport card and thinking that I am pretty hot stuff!
Actually, I AM a Mac person, but I was very surprised to see all of the IT people up here, attending the IT Summit (one day seminar) who are using Macs in their schools. And guess what, we had NO platform wars in all 8 hours of our talking and sharing. It was great.

Fords and Chevys - well okay.
But now those Saturn fanatics - whoa! Plastic fenders? Wow!
